TRANSPORTATION- transfer in/out airport/hotel/airport, private bus for the Sacred Valley tour, the same bus will transfer you from Ollantaytambo to Quishuarani starting point of the trek and from Patacancha to Ollantaytambo, tourist train backpacker class from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes and from Aguas Calientes to Cusco, bus up and down from Machupicchu to Aguas Calientes, transfer to your hotel. |

MEALS-All breakfasts in the hotels, and delicious meals on the trek prepared by professional chefs. Food includes pancakes, omelettes, soups, fresh fruit, avocado, pasta, chicken, fish, meat, rice, all rich in carbohydrates and suitable for trekking, also hot drinks including coca leaf tea which is excellent for the altitude, teatime everyday (tea, coffee, biscuits, popcorn), (3breakfast-3lunches-3dinners-3afternoon tees), we always offer a vegetarian option upon request, and we provide available boiled water each morning for your water bottles. |

GUIDE & PORTERS AND MULETEERS- Licensed bilingual tour guide (2 guides over 8 people), horses or llamas who will carry your personal items (7kg) in duffel bags that we provide and camping equipment for the trek. You must carry your daypack. |

CAMPING EQUIPMENT- We provide brand new 4 season four people capacity tents for two people, roll mattresses, dinning room tent, kitchen tent, toilet tent, seats, tables, tent for the guides, tent for the porters, kitchen gear and backpacks, warm clothes and life insurance for the porters. |

Recommended things to bring |

Sleeping bag (you can rent at the SUNRISE EXPEDITIONS office), one litre of water, rain gear or poncho (plastic poncho can be purchased in Cusco), hiking boots (running shoes are not recommended), warm jacket or fleece, wind coat, t-shirts, shorts, long pants, sun hat, wool hat, flashlight, extra batteries, sun block, insect repellent, toilet paper, garbage bag, small towel, bathing suit (for hot springs), camera, extra film and extra batteries for your camera, binoculars, snacks (such as chocolates, energy bars), emergency money and walking stick (optional). |
